<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTO applied the Water Act, 1981 along with an opportunity to submit a reply within 7 days was issued to the HCF vide Board's letter no. 858-59 dated 2/2/2023 as waste waster treatment installed by HCF did not achieve the prescribed standard two times ( dated 21/9/22 and 7/1/23. framed by the Board.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The reply submitted by HCF is not satisfactory as the claim by HCF regarding the adequate performance of treatment has been carried out before the date 7/1/23. This application is pending since 24/12/22.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May if approved CTO under the Water Act,1974 by the HCF be refused, please.</span></p>
