<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is submitted that earlier, the industry was granted consent to operate under green category small scale unit vide no. CTOW/Fresh/FDK/2017/6824219 and CTOA/Fresh/FDK/2017/6824139 dated 29.12.2017 under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, respectively for Fire Wood @ 1.80 TPH by using Raw Wood @ 2 TPH as raw material, subject to conditions mentioned therein, which is valid upto 08.04.2018 each. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for same capacity through OCMMS on 06.02.2023. The detail of the case is as under:- </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">• The industry has submitted CA certificate dated 18.01.2023, showing value of fixed assets of Rs. 3.78 lacs as on 31.12.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">• The industry has deposited consent fee of Rs. 7,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N031232309582672 dated 31/01/2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 7,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N031232309584031 dated 31/01/2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which was adequate upto 31/12/2027. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The Board vide office order no. CEE(HQ)/F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 decided to grant auto renewal of consent to operate / establish to orange & green category of industries without the need for visiting the site / premises of the industry in order to facilitate the industry / ease of doing business in the State. As per this order, the data, processes & pollution control measures installed by the industry shall be verified at later stage by visiting the site as per inspection guidelines. Further, submitted that no complaint has been received against the industry in this office and no action is lying pending against the industry as per file record.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is therefore recommended that renewal of consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 and the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2027 for Fire Wood @ 1.80 TPH, subject to the suitable conditions.</span></p> |
