CTOW/Fresh/LDH1/2018/7075267 dated 08.03.2018 valid upto 30.06.2022 and CTOA/Fresh/LDH1/2018/7074916 dated 08.06.2018 valid upto 30.06.2022 with conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has deposited Rs. 131100/- vide no. 205349474 dated 06.02.2023 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 14400/- vide no. 205349474 dated 06.02.2023 as NOC regularization fee, Rs. 131100/- vide no. 893662115 dated 06.02.2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 500/- vide no. 205349474 dated 06.02.2023 as application form fee, which is adequate upto 30.06.2030 (After deducting penalty fee 50% in both acts).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The site of the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 08.02.2023 & observed that:-</span></p>
