The collected raw material in the cyclone is re-used back into the process.</span></p>

As per the submission made by the industry, it has installed all the additional machinery i.e. additional </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">mixtures and extruder machinery</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"> in its existing land only, for which, it had obtained NOC of the Board as well as CLU from the department of Town & Country planning.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 14.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.2pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">3. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has obtained 'Change of Land Use' (CLU) from the Senior Town Planner, Patiala vide memo no. 3010- STP (P)/SP- 327 dated 27.08.2018 for land measuring 11 kanal 10 marla. As per the said letter, the site located at Vill. Cheema (H.B. No:15), Tehsil Sunam, Distt. Sangrur for industry (Polythene & Plastic processed products manufacturing Virgin Plastic) is falls in notified Local Planning Area, Sunam and permission is hereby given as per Chief Town Planner letter no. 1219-37-CTP(PB)/SP-432 (Gen.) dated 27.02.2018.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"> Moreover, there is no lal lakir, village phirni, 15 pucca houses and Municipal Limits falls within 100 mtr radius of industry's site. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Hence, the site is suitable.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">4. <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry is a medium scale green category unit. Hence, the competency to decide the application is with Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal office- II, Patiala as per Board's Circular dated. 30/4/2013. Accordingly, amended agenda after the corrections is enclosed, please.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 14.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.2pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-left: 16.4pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of above, the case may be sent to SEE, ZO-II, Patiala with the recommendations to grant the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">for the manufacturing of Plastic marble sheet @ 10.0 MTD by using Resin @ 3.0 MTD, Calcium @ 6.0 MTD and Other Chemicals @ 10.0 MTD, under </span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">GREEN</strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> category,</span> upto <strong>30.06.2025, </strong>to the industry as per policy of the Board with suitable conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>
