As per the said letter, the site of the industry falls outside the Local Planning Area of Moonak and the industry does not require to obtain 'change of land use' (CLU) for the site in light of guidelines issued by CTP, Punjab vide memo no. 2151-64/CTP (Pb)/S.P-421/S.P. 135 dated 26.03.2010. <strong>Further, the industry has also submitted an undertaking that no additional land have been added for the said expansion project (copy enclose).</strong></span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 17.75pt 6.0pt 7.1pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; letter-spacing: -.05pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; letter-spacing: -.05pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Moreover, it is pertinent to mention here that </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">the Board has not prescribed any specific sitting guidelines for such type of industries and only general sitting guidelines are applicable to the industry. In this case, the site of the industry falls in Village Wazidpur, Tehsil Moonak, Distt. Sangrur, for which Master Plan is yet to be prepared and <strong>there is no lal lakir, village phirni, 15 pucca houses and Municipal Limits falls within 100 mtr radius of industry's site</strong>. Hence, the site is complying with the general sitting guidelines as prescribed by the Board.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The industry has submitted revised certificate from Tehsildar Moonak regarding the above said distances of the various parameters from the site of the industry (copy enclosed).&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 17.75pt .0001pt 7.1pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>In view of above, it is clear that the industry is complying the provisions of the Water Act, 1974, Air Act, 1981. Therefore, in light of above said facts, May if approved, recommendations may be sent to the competent authority that varied consents under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted <strong><u>upto 31/8/2028</u></strong><u> </u>for Blending &amp; Bottling of liquor @ 8,000,00 cases/year <span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;">by using Ethyl Alcohol @ 10.0 T/day &amp; Flavor and Essence @ 10.0 KG/day as raw material</span> with suitable conditions and following special conditions that:-</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 17.75pt .0001pt 7.1pt;"><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">(Competency: SEE, ZO-II, Patiala)</span></strong></p>
