<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;"><em>"</em><em><span lang="PA" style="font-family: 'Raavi','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;">ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੰਗੀ ਗਈ ਕਲਾਸੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿਚ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਾਈਟ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ-ਕੋਟਕਪੂਰਾ ਰੋਡ (ਐਮ.ਡੀ.ਆਰ ਸੜਕ) ਉਪਰ ਕੋਟਕਪੂਰਾ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਸਲ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 1205 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਵੱਲ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਸੜਕ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਫਟ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ 200 ਫੁੱਟ ਚੌੜਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਉਪਬੰਧ ਹੈ । ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੜਕ ਨੂੰ 200 ਫੁੱਟ ਚੌੜਾ ਕਰਨ ਹਿਤ ਆਪ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਾਈਟ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸੜਕ ਦੀ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਲਾਈਨ ਤੋਂ 100 ਫੁੱਟ ਤੱਕ ਰੋਡ ਤੱਕ ਰੋਡ ਵਾਈਡਨਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 5 ਮੀਟਰ (16.5 ਫੁੱਟ) ਨੋ ਕੰਸਟਰਕਸ਼ਨ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਛੱਡਣ ਦੇ ਪਾਬੰਦ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ। ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਾਈਟ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੀਆਂ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਇਕਾਈਆਂ ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਬੀ .ਦੇ ਆਰੇਂਜ ਅਤੇ ਰੈਡ ਕੈਟਾਗਿਰੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੈਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਸਾਈਟ ਡਰਾਫਟ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਸਪੋਟ ਜ਼ੋਨ (ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਅਲ) ਵਿਚ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। </span>"</em></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">ii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed one no. injection moulding for manufacturing of plastic jar.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">iii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has no source of trade effluent generation and domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation along the boundary wall.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;">The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 31.12.2027 / upto adequacy of fee with suitable conditions alongwith specific conditions as under:</p>

SO. 438/P.A9/1994/S30/2016 dated 29.03.2016 issued by the Department of Rural Development & Panchayat, Govt. of Punjab in letter & spirit.</p>
