CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2018/8529770 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2018/8529739 dated 03.10.2018, both valid upto 30.09.2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the rice sheller has applied for Varied ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of rice sheller unit with dryer to manufacture raw rice with dryer @ 02 TPH and sorted rice @ 02 TPH. The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 01.02.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 76,71,752/-, compliance of consent conditions. The industry has deposited Rs. 56,000/- vide UTR. No. 890760856 dated 02.02.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 56,000/- vide UTR. No. 565810583 dated 02.02.2023 under Air Act, 1981 vide UTR. No. 860823646 dated 23.08.2022 after deducting Rs. 5400/- as balance fee under each Act due to change in fee slab. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for period upto 30.09.2033 under both acts. The industry has also deposited Rs. 2,900/- vide UTR. No. 565810583 dated 02.02.2023 as NOC regularization fee for increased fixed assets by Rs. 47.93 lac due to installation of dryer & purchase of adjoining 14 kanal land for storage of paddy. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

The industry has also provided stack of adequate height with APCD along with provisions to facilitate emission sample. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall not make additional 14 Kanal land as part of site without obtaining ‘Consent to Establish’ / NOC of the Board. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3; margin: 0in .2pt .0001pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">This Consent is granted to the industry subject to the submission of analysis report of emission samples to be collected and analyzed by Board’s lab viz-a-viz achievement of the emission standards prescribed by Board/Punjab Government.</span></p>
