| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application of the pp, it is observed as under:
1) The pp has not submitted proper feasibility report of the project mentioning population details to be served in the project, built up area, quantity of fresh water consumption, source of fresh water, water balance in different seasons. The pp has proposed to use 5 KLD waste-water in green area @ 246 sqm which is not possible. The pp has not mentioned no. of rain water harvesting structures to be provided and quantity of solid waste generation and mode of treatment and disposal of biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste.
2) The pp has not submitted any registered lease deed of the land where it is proposing to utilize the excess treated water.
3) The pp has not proposed any DG set in the application form and feasibility report.
4) The pp has not submitted any proof regarding start of development at the site so that adequacy of CTE fee may be adjudged.
5) The pp has not mentioned source of water for construction purposes.
6) The pp has not submitted permission of PWRDA for ground water abstraction.
You are requested to attend the above observations within 2 days.
