Further, as per OLD MOA & present application form, the present directors of the industry are not same. The industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate, however the industry needs to apply for Varied CTOs as the name & directors of the industry are changed. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Thus, the case could not be processed at this stage. If approved, the case may be returned due to above observations.</p> |
