It is intimated as per the report given by RO, the industry does not make the compliance with the hearing decision dated 7/10/22 before the SEE as the industry has provided a bye-pass in the collection tank of ETP from where water was being bye-passed into the sewer. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now the industry has applied for CTO under both Acts, but it has not deposited the adequate CTO fee under both acts, and the industry has not submitted the reply w.r.t clarification.</span></p>

EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by PP and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
