It is intimated that the application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The PP has attached CA certificate as on 31.03.2022, therefore, is requested to submit the latest CA certificate.
2. The PP is reusing treated wastewater into flushing, however, has not submitted record of water-meter provided on flushing pipeline.
3. The PP has not submitted details of wet waste management.
4. The PP is also required to submit details of green area/ area under plantation.
5. The PP is also required to submit compliance of guidelines/ mechanism for restaurants/hotels/marriage palace in annotated form as per Board’s order dated 2.2.2021 and Hon’ble NGT orders dated 04.02.2021
As such, the PP is requested to submit reply of the observations within 2 days. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete.
