<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry has applied for obtaining Consent to Establish from the Board for establishment of Industry and for manufacturing of Tractor Parts @ 570 MT/Annum at C-87, Focal Point, Phase-5, Ludhiana. The industry falls in Focal Point, as such, the site is suitable for establishment of industry. The industry has submitted Project report mentioning total cost of project as Rs 19.15 crore and has proposed to assemble and manufacture tractor parts and E-bikes. As per the submission made by the industry, no trade effluent/Air emissions will be generated from the industry and only domestic effluent will be generated which will be discharged into sewer.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">The industry has submitted Lease deed between PSIEC and the firm, Certificate of Incorporation of the industry, Process Chart and Site plan/location plan. The documents submitted by the industry may kindly be perused.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">The site was visited by undersigned on 08/02/2023 and it was observed that the foundation work was being carried out in the industry. The office block is already established inside the industry.</p>
