<p>Sir, the industry is using wood as fuel and has installed proper APCD with the boiler. Apart from that the industry has got its air emission analyzed from a private lab i.e. M/s SIMA Lab on 09.07.2022 and as per the report the results are within the limit.</p>
<p>If approved consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 30.06.2027 with suitable terms and conditions and with a special condition that the industry shall be got its air emission analyzed from Board's lab within 2 months.</p> |
