CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2023/20210022 dated 06.01.2023<strong> due to the industry has not submitted share allotment certificate duly signed by Chairman, Directors and Company Secretary of CETP 50 MLD.</strong></span></p>

However, the industry has not submitted share allotment certificate duly signed by Chairman, Directors and Company Secretary of CETP 50 MLD as already directed by the board.</span></strong></p>

The industry has also submitted detail of liquor ratio, no of lots/ baths and corresponding effluent generation. As per detail the proposed effluent generation by the industry will be 391 KLD for cotton/polyester fabric dyeing. The same is attached in project report submitted by the industry.</span></p>

At present it is an agriculture land and no construction work yet started at site. There are industrial unit near to this unit. As per ATP, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana letter the site of the proposed unit falls in the Industrial Zone as per notified Master Plan, Ludhiana.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">L.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">However, as per the list regarding allotment of share dated 22.07.2022 supplied by the Punjab Dyers Association, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana this unit has not been granted shares. However, as per PDA vide its letter dated 27.09.2022 has informed that this unit has been allowed to discharge effluent equivalent to 400 KLD into CETP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">M.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">However, as per the direction has been issued by the Competent Authority vide no. 27541 dated 22.12.2020 to the SPV, Tajpur Road, that no new entity (existing or proposed unit) shall be allocated any shares by managing committee of SPV without the prior approval of the Chairman of the Board. However, in this case the SPV has allotted the share without prior approval of the Competent Authority of the Board. Further, the Competent Authority of the Board in its note 19582356 has also decided that no further CTE/CTO for any new/ expansion of dyeing units shall be given without permission of Head Office.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">N.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is pertinent to mention here that a meeting regarding complaint of allotment of shares of CETP 50 MLD has been fixed on 13.02.2023 at Head Office, Patiala under the Chairmanship of Worthy Chairman of the Board. It is requested that the matter regarding transfer of the shares be also discussed in this meeting, so as to decide such cases.</span></p>
