<p>It is submitted that the industry was issued show cause notice before revocation / cancellation of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the Hon'ble Chairman of the Board (B) on 19.01.2023.</p>
<p>However, industry through an email dated 18.01.2023 has requested for another date of hearing.</p>
<p>The matter has been considered by the Competent Authority and it has been decided to afford another opportunity of personal hearing to the industry vide note dated 08.02.2023 through <strong>enoting no.- 20487017</strong>. (fresh date and time of hearing yet to be taken in the matter). </p>
<p>If approved, the RO, FDK may be allowed to keep the CTO case pending and to process the case in light of the hearing decisions (post hearing).</p> |
