CTOW/Varied/LDH3/2022/20043331 dated 26.10.2022 valid upto 25.01.2023 for dyeing of acrylic/ fancy yarn @ 5130 Kgs/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 406.4 KLD & domestic effluent @ 4 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD with conditions mention therein.</span></p>

The industry has provided the flow meter at its final outlet leading to CETP. As per the online flow meter record, the discharge of the industry is within the consented discharge. The industry was also advised to provide the flow meter at inlet water supply.</span></p>

Level.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Till the finalization of the allotment of the shares of CETP 50 MLD, it is recommended that:</span></p>
