O16BTICTOW4294165 & O16BTICTOA4292558 dated 20.07.2016 valid upto 30.09.2020 for Marriage Palace / Resort of capacity 400 persons per function and for the discharge of domestic effluent @ 08 KLD, with suitable conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

Darshan Singh, Proprietor of the Palace, 9417102766 was present and some shortcomings were observed during visit. Accordingly, the palace was issued show cause notice for violation of the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 issued to the marriage palace alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before SEE on 21.03.2022, which was attended by </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Sh. Darshan Singh, Prop and requested to give one month time to remove the in-completions pointed out by the Board as well as to apply for renewal of consents to operate of the Board under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
