<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now, the RO has reported that the industry has installed the rice husk based Boiler of capacity @ 14 TPH and has provided dust collector followed by cyclone separator as APCD with new boiler of capacity 14 TPH but the same was not in operation. It is required to be clarified whether the industry intends to operate the said boiler in lieu to its revised proposal to not operate the refinery plant; if so, it is required to submit completion cum adequacy certificate of the APCD and the RO is required to carry out stack emission sampling of the new boiler.</span></p>

The industry has informed that the boiler of capacity 14 TPH was installed for operation of the refining unit only and preciously installed boiler of capacity 8 TPH, 01 TPH and thermopac of capacity 15 lac Kcal are sufficient present production (without refining process). </span></p>
