Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry has not submitted site suitability certificate from the Department of Town & Country Planning. Also, the industry is required to submit certificate issued by Revenue department / DTP in original.
2. The industry has not submitted proof of commissioning of the industrial unit so as to adjudge the adequacy of consent to operate fee.
3. The industry is required to submit latest certificate issued by Chartered Accountant regarding its gross fixed assets.
4. The industry not deposited the NOC Regularization fee.
5. The industry has not submitted manufacturing process details along with the process flow chart
6. The industry has not submitted building Plan approved by the Competent Authority.
Kindly clarify within 02 days.
