<p>The industry has applied for renewal of CTO under water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 and has not made any additions since time of last consent to operate. </p>
<p>The industry has provided dusts in the powder section installed in the tube section. The industry is using 06 KL as makeup water in the boiler for steam generation which has mentioned in the application form.</p>
<p>There is no generation of trade effluent, any effluent used in checking/testing is being reused in the process. </p>
