<p>Sir, in compliance to the observations raised by ZO, it is submitted as under :-</p>
<p>1. The consent fee submitted by the industry is valid upto 30.06.2027. However, it has been inadvertently mentioned as 30.06.2026 in the agenda note, due to some clerical error.</p>
<p>2. The status at the old site was verified on 08.02.2023 it self and it was observed that the industry has completely removed the machinery at the old site and has shifted the same to the above premises for which the current application has been applied for. Submitted please. </p> |
