The application of the unit was already returned previously with request to apply for fresh consents due to change of proprietorship; however, it has once again applied for renewal of consents. Therefore, the application cannot be processed in renewal and the unit is required to apply for fresh consent to operate so that the application can be processed further. </span></p>
