Jorawar Singh, Manager of the unit. However, during visit, no function found being organized. However, 05 rooms are occupied. 2.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The unit has capacity are as under: Rooms -11, Banquet hall – 70 chairs, Beer Bar – 30 chairs, Restaurant – 35 chairs, Kitty hall – 25 chairs, Party hall – 50 chairs, Total arrangement for 230 persons. 3.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Six no. of workers are working the unit out of which 05 no. are residents. 4.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The unit was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/NWS/2016/3581845 dated 12.09.2016, valid upto 30.09.2020, for rooms @ 15 nos alongwith domestic effluent @ 3 KLD to be discharged into M.C sewer after passing through oil & grease trap and septic tank, subject to conditions mentioned therein. 5.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The unit was granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. 016NWSCTOA3581840 dated 19.03.2016 valid upto 30.09.2020 for 15 rooms, alongwith D.G set of capacity 150 KVA and 60 KVA, subject to conditions mentioned therein. <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">  <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Water Pollution & Its Control<span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">: 1.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">One No. submersible pump is installed as source of fresh water. 2.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The unit has provided O&G trap followed by the septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent. The domestic effluent is discharged into M.C sewer which is connected with terminal STP and is achieving the standards of the Board. <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Air Pollution & Its Control<span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">: 1. <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The unit has installed a D.G set of capacity 160 KVA equipped with canopy with stack. 2. <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The LPG, wood is used as fuel in the kitchen. The ducting system is installed. <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">  <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Compliance of guidelines for such units. <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">  1.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Three nos. solar geysers are installed. 2.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">No inverters are used instead of DG sets. 3.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">LED bulbs are used. 4.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">No solid waste found burnt. 5.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The dry waste is being lifted by local pickers or M.C. 6.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Single use plastic is not used. 7.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The DJ system is played within time limits. 8.   <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">No loud speakers are used. <span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">  In view of above, it is recommended that the marriage palace may be granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions.
