<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Earlier, the industry was granted consent to operate for the products of Machined Auto Parts @ 1.5 MTPD, Scaffolding Assembly & Other @ 0.4 MTPD, Wire Cupler @ 1 MTPD. The industry was granted consent vide no. CTOW/Varied/LDH2/2020/12087606 dated 22-01-2020 expired on 22-01-2023 under Water Act, 1974 & vide no. CTOA/Varied/LDH2/2020/12088356 dated 22-01-2020 expired on 22-01-2023 under Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for the same production capacity.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 1,20,000/- vide UTR No. 540988508 dated 11.02.2023 water consent fees & Rs. 1,20,000/- vide UTR No. 725795314 dated 11.02.2023 as air consent fees, which is adequate upto 31.12.2027 against the fixed assets of Rs. 2777.43/- Lacs. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>As per office order issued by the Head Office, Patiala vide letter no. 59 dated 02.02.2016 and as per decision of officer meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 08.05.2018 that all the industries under orange and green category shall be processed on the basis of documents submitted by the industry without site verification.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2027 with usual conditions.</span></p> |
