CTOW/Fresh/LDH3/2022/18869252 & CTOA/Fresh/LDH3/2022/18847131 both dated 06.08.2022 for manufacturing of Telecom Terminals @ 13500 Nos/day, both valid upto 30.06.2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The industry has submitted that total gross block of fixed assets is Rs. 16.17 Crores. The industry has deposited Rs. 42,000/- vide UTR No. 233125953 dated 24.01.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 42,000/- vide UTR No. 194313230 dated 24.01.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which are adequate for period upto 31.12.2025 under both acts. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 13.02.2023 and it was observed as under:- </span></p>

The air emission samples were collected on 24.06.2022 and as per analysis report, concentration of SPM is 48 mg/ Nm<sup>3</sup> which is within the prescribed limits of the Board i.e. 150 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup>.</span></p>

DG sets, 02 of capacity 500 KVA & 01 of capacity 125 KVA. The industry has placed in-acoustic enclosure room and also provided stacks of adequate height.</span></p>

The effluent samples were collected from outlet to STP on 24.06.2022 and as per this analysis report concentration of various parameters is pH = 8.9, TSS = 45 mg/l, BOD = 06 mg/l and O&G = BDL i.e. within the prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>

The industry has provided plantation all along the boundary wall and there is one lawn of size about 1.5 Kanal near STP. Total area available for discharge of treated water is about 3000 m<sup>2</sup> which is adequate for discharge of 20 KLD. The industry has provided proper distribution network for discharge of treated water into plantation area and in lawn. Condition of plantation is good.</span></p>
