The undersigned is of the view that the consent may be granted under the Water Act, 1974 with suitable conditions. As such the note of AEE/ EE RO Patiala, may be considered and may if approved </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d;">the fresh 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2025 for manufacturing of Pyro Oil @ 4 MT/Day, Steel Wires @ 1 MT/Day, Non-condensable Gases @ 0.810 MT/Day, Carbon Black @ 3.798 MT/Day by using Waste Tyre @ 10 MT/Day as raw material under red category with suitable conditions and conditions proposed by RO as under:</span></p>
