CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2022/19423989 dated 29.07.2022 for the establishment of rice sheller in the revenue estate of <strong>Village Hambran, </strong>in land area of <strong>32 Kanal 12 Marlas </strong>bearing Khasra no. <strong>109//</strong>14/2(0-7), 15/2(4-7), 17/1(7-1), 16(8-0), 25(6-9), 24 (6-8) <strong>Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana</strong> to manufacture raw rice @ 05 TPH with dryer & sortex.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the rice sheller has applied for fresh ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 to manufacture raw rice @ 05 TPH with dryer & sortex. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 19.01.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 266.75 lacs. </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The rice sheller has deposited Rs. 1,08,000/- vide online receipt no. 862406718 dated 09.02.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 1,08,000/- vide online receipt no. 136931835 dated 09.02.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2032 under both acts (considering the date of commissioning as 01.10.2022 i.e. date of start of procurement of paddy). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 13.02.2023 and it was observed as under:</span></p>

The rice sheller is established in 32 Kanal 12 Marla area for which it had obtained Consent to Establish / NOC from the Board.</span></p>

The industry has also provided stacks of adequate heights with APCDs along with provisions to facilitate emission sample. </span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.55pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 13.2pt .0001pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">This Consent is granted to the industry subject to the submission of analysis report of emission samples to be collected and analyzed by Board’s lab viz-a-viz achievement of the emission standards prescribed by Board/Punjab Government.</span></p>
