<p class="MsoNormal">Application of the institute has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:- 1) The institute has not submitted compliance of conditions of previous consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. 2) The institute is engaged in nursing courses and is require to obtain authorization under the Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016. 3) The institute has not submitted details of solid waste generation and disposal in the application form and also not submitted compliance w.r.t. Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A clarification was raised on 31.01.2023 to clarify the above, within 02 days. However, the institute failed to submit any reply to the observations.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the application of the institute may be returned back with request to reapply the application after complete in all respects.</p> |
