The industry is Medium Scale as per notification dated 01.06.2020 of Ministry of Small Scale industries. 4. The CA certificate does not bear un-depreciated value of fixed assets. Further, unit-I is mentioned in the address which is not as per address mentioned in the ‘consent to operate’ granted to it. 5. Adequate fees for requisite years are not deposited. 6. Following documents are not submitted: a. Authority letter. b. The CA certificate with un-depreciated cost of project. c. Latest balance sheet. d. Wastewater analysis report. e. Duly authenticated application / documents for record file. Therefore, the application of the industry cannot be processed and is required to be return.
