<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE. The industry has proposed to establish small scale Paint manufacturing unit, wherein, mainly blending of raw materials exists with mixing, tinting and packaging involved in the process. Therefore, the process is not covered under EIA Notification 2006.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that the industry be granted NOC for one year with suitable conditions and following special conditions:</p>

Moreover, the industry shall not carry out any activity covered under the ambit of EIA Notification, 2006.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry is advised to obtain necessary clearance for Abstraction of Ground Water from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA).</p>
