The application was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The industry has given compliance of the special condition no. 1 which is not justified.
2. The industry is required to attach the CA certificate as on 31.03.2022 without considering depreciation.
3. The industry is required to link the fee with the application under the Air Act, 1981.
4. The industry is required to submit the proof regarding change of designation of the applicant.
5. The industry is required to submit latest effluent sampling report.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 03 day so that the application can be processed further. |
