<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted the project proponent has applied for obtaining fresh Consent to Establish from pollution angle under orange category under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for construction of @ 163 Residential Plots, No of Independent Floor @ 52 Units (i.e. 156 flats), No. of EWS Plots @ 72 Plots, No. of Commercial SCO @ 26 Plots, No. of Commercial (Booth) @ 8 Plots and 1 community center under the name and style of M/s The North Chandigarh to be developed by M/s Divya Builders And Developers alongwith requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted that they have deposited Rs. 42,000/- vide R. No. 92/5523 dated 25/01/2023 and Rs. 22,100/- vide online R. No. 907921199 dated 08/02/2023 as NOC fees. The fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for one year against the total proposed cost of the project Rs. 31.40 crores.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted a copy of Change of land use certificate issued by Office of Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Competent Authority (Urban Development), SAS Nagar vide no. CLU/ADC(UD)/S.A.S.Nagar/2022/3205 dated 17.08.2022 for residential colony (plotted).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent also submitted a copy of certificate issued by Office of Competent Authority (Under PAPR Act, 1995)-cum-Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development), SAS Nagar Nagar vide no. LDC/CA-ADC(UD)/2022/30 dated 22.11.2022 for license to develop a colony. The license was granted under the Punjab Apartment & Property Regulation Act, 1995 to M/s Divya Builders and Developers, #S-18, Shivalik City Sector 127, Kharar Distt. SAS Nagar Colony at Village Chanalo, Kurali, Distt. SAS Nagar for developing land as Affordable Residential Plotted Colony in the name and style of Colony name “The North Chandigarh” at Village Chanalo, Kurali (total area 115 Kanal 19 Marle mearing 14.4938 acres) subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Water Pollution:</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Total requirement of fresh water at full occupancy will be 600.525 KL/day and wastewater will be generated @ 480 KLD. The project proponent has submitted feasibility report regarding installation of STP of capacity 500 KLD based on MBBR technology for the treatment of domestic effluent. The treated domestic effluent shall be used for flushing purpose @ 200.17 KLD and 16.3 KLD utilized onto land for irrigation purpose in parks and excessive treated effluent shall be discharge into MC Sewer. As per the layout plan, the project proponent shall developed 04 parks and other green area within the proposed residential sites and total green area is about 3558.49 sqyd.(2975.26 sqmeter).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The project proponent has submitted that a letter issued by Municipal Council, Kurali vide ref. no. 04 dated 02.01.2023 regarding no objection certificate for disposal of Sewerage treated water as per norms of plotting colony of M/s Divya Builders and Developers affordable housing colony namely ‘The North Chandigarh, Village Chanalon, Kurali, Distt. SAS Nagar. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Solid Waste:</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Solid waste will be generated in the complex approximately 1800 kg/day. The promoter shall be make arrangement at appropriate points to collect the solid waste. Number of Bins with different colors for different categories of solid waste will be provided to cover the generated volume of solid waste. Disposal will be done through the facility provided by promoters for the collection of solid waste which will further segregate at the site and quantity of biodegradable solid waste will be 1080 kg/day. There will be provision of mechanical composter capacity of 650 kg/day to convert solid waste into compost. The rest Non- Biodegradable recyclable waste will be sold to the scrap dealer. This compost will be used in the development and maintenance of plantation & green area.</span></p>
