The unit has filled online application form, uploaded project report mentioning the details of total project cost, rent deed, site plan, Undertaking regarding proprietorship. The unit has deposited rupees 2700/- vide UTR No. IBKL230113860348 Dated 13.01.2023 as NOC fees and application form fee. The fee posted by project proponent is adequate for 1 year. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">In order to verify the application, the site was visited by officer of this office on 13.02.2023 and contacted Sh. Dinesh Rai (Proprietor) of the industry and observed that the site is situated in Focal Point, Hoshiarpur. The industry has already constructed a room. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; tab-stops: 13.5pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The industry has proposed to start the work of buffing of pressure cookers on job basis for Hawkins cookers Hoshiarpur. The project proponent has proposed to install 4 number buffing sections/grinding and has proposed to install Cyclone as air pollution control device with adequate height and proper sampling arrangements. The industry will discharge only domestic effluent into PSEIC sewer. During visit four no. buffing machine has installed and other installation work is under process.</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: red; background: white;"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC)under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 for buffing of cooker parts@ 700 nos/day may be granted to the unit for one year with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that the industry shall provide proper air pollution control device with buffing section and shall not operate its unit without obtaining consent to operate of the Board.
