However, the industry has granted 317 KLD shares on 22.07.2022 of CETP, hence the discharge of the industry was 292.6 KLD more than the share allotted to it in 24 hours.</span></p>

The industry has provided the flow meter at its final outlet leading to CETP. The industry was also advised to provide the flow meter at inlet water supply.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">"<em>Our unit has total dyeing machines of (60 kgs) 10 machines (120 kgs) 4 machines and (90 kgs) 3 machines. We are engaged in dyeing of different shade of yarns. Yarns being dyed under market shade from light to dark. Before sealing all these machines were reserved for particular shades (light to dark). Our 50% dyeing machines that is (60kgs) 6 machines, (120 kgs) 2 machines has been sealed by the board. Due to which our whole process of dyeing has been disturbed as we cannot do dyeing of required shades. It is informed that study of effluent discharge by GNE has been carried on 24 hours. But we have never operated our unit beyond 12 hour. We have also planned to operate for 12 hours after de sealing of machinery. Therefore our effluent generate will be around 300kld in 12 hours. We have also installed flow meter at effluent discharge to CETP. Our discharge is around 300 KLD, CETP share has been granted for 317 KLD, therefore our discharged in 12 hours (single shift) will be less then allotted shares of CETP. It is there for requested that our dyeing machinery be de-sealed for single shift (12hours), so that we can do dyeing of required shade as per market demand".</em></span></p>
