RO/PTA/WPC/07/414 dated 30.11.2007 valid upto 31.12.2022 and A</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">ir (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">RO/PTA/APC/07/338 dated 30.11.2007 valid upto 31.12.2022 with certain conditions. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Thereafter, the poultry farm was issued show cause notice for violation of the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide this office letter no. 3446 dated 21.12.2022 for its failure to apply for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Now, the poultry farm has also applied for renewal of consent to operate under the</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"> Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;"> Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act<span style="background: white;">, </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">1981</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">for manufacturing of </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Eggs <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">@ </span>38356<span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span>Numbers/Day <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">by using </span>Birds <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">@ </span>60000 Numbers/Day, Poultry Feed, Maize, Bajra, Makki, Rice Bran, DOC, Soya, GNE Mustard, Sunflower etc. <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">@ </span>6712 Kgs/day as raw material under green category with requisite documents. The industry has deposited Rs. 64640.0/- <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>vide UTR no. N016232292287735 dated 16.01.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 64640/- vide UTR no. N016232292281113 dated 16.01.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total consent fee deposited by the<span style="background: white;"> industry is adequate upto 31.12.2030 against the fixed assets of Rs. 120.99 lakh as on 11.01.2023 as per CA certificate submitted by it. </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The poultry farm has submitted compliance report of the consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Act</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 130%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The Board vide office order no. 443 dated 09.08.2021 has decided in suppression of Board’s office order no. SEE(HQ)/F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 to extend the facility for auto generated renewal to all categories of small scale industries/projects without inspection/physical verification of the environmental parameters at the time of submission of such applications. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 130%; tab-stops: 112.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry is complying with provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 130%; tab-stops: 112.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to operate granted to the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended upto 31.12.2030</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: red;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">for manufacturing of </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Eggs <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">@ </span>38356<span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span>Numbers/Day <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">by using </span>Birds <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">@ </span>60000 Numbers/Day, Poultry Feed, Maize, Bajra, Makki, Rice Bran, DOC, Soya, GNE Mustard, Sunflower etc. <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">@ </span>6712 Kgs/day as raw material under green category <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">with usual conditions as per the policy of the Board and with a following additional conditions that:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 94.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The poultry farm shall not increase its bird capacity without obtaining prior NOC/ varied consent to operate from the Board as well as without providing adequate pollution control measures.</span></p>
