<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has applied for renewal CTO under Air Act,1981, RO has reported that the institute has installed four DG sets which are equipped with canopies and stacks of adequate heights, as per the agenda note the institute is complying with the provision of Air Act,1981.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"> May if approved CTO under Air Act,1981 be granted up to 31/12/25 with the special condition <span lang="EN-IN">the institute company shall not consume any fuel except HSD for DG set, for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
