The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
Earlier the industry was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with special condition that industry will submit approved building plan within one month. However, the industry has not submitted building plan approved from competent authority. Moreover, the industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 23.00 lakhs to Rs. 35.30 lakhs as per CA certificate attached by industry with its application. The industry is requested to submit the details w.r.t increase in assets.
