It is intimated that the industry is already running under the name & style M/s Gupta Shivam Dyeing Processors at Geeta Nagar, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana with discharge into Conveyance system of CETP. The industry is granted shares 522 KLD.
Now, the industry has applied Consent to Establish NOC under the name & style Gupta Shivam Dyeing Processors, Village Bhamian Kalan, Tajpur Road Ludhiana for discharge of effluent into conveyance system of CETP. The industry has neither submitted share allotment letter from PDA nor submitted any proposal regarding shifting of unit from Geeta Nagar, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana to Village Bhamian Kalan, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana, which required to clarify.
