<p class="Style" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0in .7pt .0001pt .25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">It is submitted that the HCF has submitted copy of allotment letter of said site issued by PUDA, Patiala vide memo no. 10389 dated 30.12.2020. A copy is the same is attached herewith. It is again recommended that HCF maybe granted Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 upto 31.12.2025 with suitable condition and special condition that it shall comply with the provisions of Master plan, Patiala. Also, a copy of NOC maybe endorsed to Municipal Corporation, Patiala for information and necessary action. </span></p> |
