<p class="MsoNormal">It is submitted that a clarification as raised on the application on 07.02.2023 to clarify the following within 02 days:</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent: -0.25in;">1)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry has not submitted land use classification.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent: -0.25in;">2) As per CA certificate, the gross fixed assets of the industry has been decreased from Rs. 73.68 lacs (as on 30.06.2021) to Rs. 35.86 lacs (as on 30.11.2022).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">However, the industry failed to submit any reply in this regard till date.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If approved, application of the industry may be returned from the portal of your goodself with request to resubmit the same after complete in all respects.</p>
