The resort is having one no. kitchen and toilets within the premises. The industry has installed septic tank for the treatment of the effluent. The treated effluent of the septic tank is discharge into low lying area.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 23px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Now the industry is a Hotel Cum Restaurant established and commissioned without obtaining NOC/Consents of the Board. Now the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of Hotel Cum Restaurant Comprising with 18 no. Rooms, One no. Bar & One no. Restaurant under green category. The project proponent has submitted various documents, which are enclosed along with the application, which may kindly be pursued.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 23px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 2,10,200/- vide UTR No. N010232285135560</span> dated 10/01/2023 & Rs. 2,19,100/- vide UTR No. N010232285129376 dated 10/01/2023 as consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 respectively against gross value of fixed assets of the industry worth Rs. 348.68/- Lacs and same are adequate upto 31/12/2032 under both Acts including Rs. 8400/- as NOC Regularization fee and Rs. 500/- as form downloading fee. The project proponent has submitted Approved Building Plan from the competent person under the Punjab Factories Act, 1948. The industry has submitted feasibility report of STP @ 50 KLD and its Completion Certificate issued from concerned agency. It is further intimated that hotel was established in year 2009 i.e. before the notification of Master Plan of Pathankot.</p>

Rooms, One no. Bar & One no. Restaurant.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 23px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 23px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has provided adequate arrangement for storage/disposal of Municipal Solid Waste.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 23px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 23px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has installed 02 no. D.G. sets of capacity 65 KVA & 50 KVA, which are provided with canopies and adequate stack height. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 23px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> May if approved consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31/12/2026 subject to the following along with the special conditions :-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 27.6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.6pt; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 23px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall provide rain water harvesting system in its premises to carry roof top rain water into underground strata within 06 month period from the date of issue of this consent.</span></p>
