<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;"> </span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">It is intimated that earlier the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1981 were extended upto 31/03/2023 for the production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 7000 CFT/Day & Washed Sand @ 900 CFT/Day by using River Bed Material @ 7900 CFT/day vide online reference No. CTOW/Renewal/PKT/2022/20004419 & CTOA/Renewal/PKT/2022 /20004410 dated 18/10/2022, valid upto 31/03/2023 respectively.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining further extension in validity of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of stone crusher through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry has already deposited Rs. 28500/- vide UTR No. <br />N229222081363677 & Rs. 30800/- vide DD No. 287796 dated 11/10/2022 & Rs. 33,600/-vide UTR No. N229222081325566 dated 17/08/2022 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 10800/- as NOC Regularization fee and Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 1,28,94,229/- as on 31/03/2022 and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> (Agenda Note is also attached herewith).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> </span><span style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that the varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2027 with suitable along with special conditions :-</span></span></p>

No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter.</span></span></p>
