<p style="text-align: justify;">As per observations raised by Zonal Office, Amritsar, it is submitted that the industry has already submitted analysis report by M/s ECO Paryavaran Laboratories & Consultants Pvt. Limited, Mohali on 28/11/2022 from final outlet of ETP. As per analysis report, concentrations of various parameters are found within the prescribed limits of the Board (pH = 6.89, TDS = 1977, COD = 104 BOD = 17, O&G = 3.9.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Further during visit, it was observed that the industry has closed its operations for the day as per demand and ETP was under stabilization. The industry was complying with the provisions of the Water Act and Air Act. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such mow to avoid CTO applications being late, it is again recommended that:- The renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry up to 31/03/2025 with suitable conditions and special condition that</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The industry shall always maintain record of the freshwater abstraction, effluent generation and treated effluent</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry shall get its effluent sample analyzed from Board’s Lab within 02 months and submit report to this office.</p>
