The institute has requested to consider the NOC Regularization from the fee already deposited by it. The HCE-cum-institute has provided an STP for the treatment of domestic effluent generated from the institute and the treated effluent from the STP is being discharged into plantation area of about 2 acres within and along the boundary of the HCE-cum-institute, which is adequate to handle the discharge.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">3.
