The institute has requested to consider the NOC Regularization from the fee already deposited by it. As such, after deducting NOC Regularization fee for increase in Rs. 41.0 Lakhs, the adequacy of consent to operate is adequate for a period upto 15.04.2025.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">2. The HCE-cum-institute has provided an STP for the treatment of domestic effluent generated from the institute and the treated effluent from the STP is being discharged into plantation area of about 2 acres within and along the boundary of the HCE-cum-institute, which is adequate to handle the discharge.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">3. The institute has submitted that the increase of building assets is due to the renovation and maintenance of building. </span></p>

The institute has submitted that they are in process for applying authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>
