<p style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; text-align: justify;">In view of the details mentioned in the note of AEE above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry up to 31/03/2025 with suitable conditions and special conditions that:</p>

<p style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; text-align: justify;">2. The industry shall get its effluent sample analyzed from Board’s Lab within 02 months and submit report to this office.</p>
