<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 10.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the unit is found polluting the environment as detailed above in the visit report of AEE dated 07/02/2023 and found violating with the provisions of the said Acts/ Rules wilfully.
