Kindly refer the complete note history of the application.                     Since, the industry is operating its unit without valid consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as without having valid Authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management, and Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016 alongwith Actual user certificate-cum-red passbook form the Board. Moreover, the industry has not complied with the decisions of the hearings held under the Chairman of the Board on 1/9/2022 and 29/9/2022.                     Now, the unit is found polluting the environment as detailed above in the visit report of AEE dated 07/02/2023 and found violating with the provisions of the said Acts/ Rules wilfully. (Refer pics enclosed in the note of AEE dated 14/02/2023).                    In view of above-mentioned facts, it is recommended that the application of the industry for renewal of consents under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be refused.
