<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Crushing of river bed material @ 4000 CFT/day as products, along with requisite document. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has deposited Rs. 29500/- vide R. no. 526732938 dated 21.01.2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 29000/- vide R. no. 881975085 dated 21.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027 (considering penalty for late applying fee @ 17,400/-) for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 46 lakh on 31.12.2022.</span></p>

In case, any complaint is received against the unit, the Board shall be at liberty to revoke/ cancel this consent without giving any opportunity of hearing to the industry.</span></p>
