<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The unit was visited by AEE of this office on 14/02/2023 and the workshop is under installation and not in operation. It was further observed that only civil work of the ETP has been completed (photographs attached). During visit, the representative of the workshop was guided to apply for consent to establish and CTO cannot be granted before the effluent control measures are put in place.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">May if approved, the application be returned to the project proponent with request to apply for consent to establish instead of consent to operate.</span></p> |
