<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'andale mono', monospace; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;">In consideration of the recommendations sent by RO; if approved, the <span style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 96px;">xtension in the validity of ‘Consent to Establish’ may be granted to the Project Proponent for one year i.e. upto 19.01.2024, subject to all terms and conditions as already mentioned in the original </span><span style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 144px;">‘Consent to Establish’ (NOC) from pollution angle granted to the project proponent vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2022/18268274 dated 16.05.2022 and the following additional conditions that:</span></span></p>
